The goal of the Great River Amish Inn is to
welcome each guest and then provide a comfortable, relaxing room for
a restful night of sleep.
Built in l997 in Pepin, Wisconsin, Great River Amish Inn offers
seven rooms in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere located near the
Mississippi River. This lodging is located near Alma
Wisconsin, Winona Minnesota, Wabasha Minnesota and across from Lake
City Minnesota.
 We
offer a choice of one queen bed or two double beds with or
without a whirlpool bathtub---- in a spacious bathroom.
As you enter your room, you will be
delighted to find beautiful quilts on the beds and solid oak Amish
handmade furniture.
For your convenience, there is a
refrigerator, microwave oven, phone
and cable TV in each room, (of course, local calls are always free). There is also in-room coffee, extra pillows and
blankets, as well as other charming and cozy features in each no
smoking, immaculately clean room. Convenient parking is
available for easier unloading and loading.
We are located
right on Hwy. 35 in Pepin, Wisconsin, directly across the street from the
Laura Ingalls Wilder museum and just one and one-half hours south of
the Twin Cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis.
As of July 1st, 2004, the Great River Amish Inn
is under new ownership. New owner Ruth Holdcraft, extends a
heartfelt welcome to all guests and believe you will enjoy the time
